Today in this video we want to cover a situation where you've inherited a house, let's say it's in Norfolk, VA, and you live out of state and now you want to know what to do with this inherited house. In most cases, in these inheritance situations if an elderly person passes away and especially if you live out of state, it's very difficult to do repairs on the house, getting all the heirs together, all the siblings putting project plans together to actually repair the house and maybe put it on the market if you want to get maximum retail value for this house. You have to clean it up completely, you have to think about what to do with all of those things that are in there - who gets what and who and when it's a very time-consuming process.
