The situation might have been connected to a deceased person, or maybe you couldn’t catch up with the mortgage, maybe there was some misunderstanding with the mortgage company, whatever the case is, we can help.
Loan Modification

Well, number 1 – you can ask for loan modification, this is a situation similar to the word forbearance, that is used by people meaning that basically whatever you owe, whatever you’re in the arrears for, gets put back on the back of the mortgage and you would pay it later and not today, because it’s very hard for many people to put up a lump sum of money and pay off whatever you’re behind. It could be 10 thousand, 5 thousand, 15 thousand, it could be a large amount, so you may not be able to swing it, or put it together to pay it pay it off immediately. In some cases, the banks will approve that process (Loan Mod) and in some cases they won’t.
Get A Loan From A Friend Or Relative
If they don’t approve it, there’s another way you can try to help yourself, and that is to get a loan from a friend or relative and that will help you at least temporarily, to actually fix the situation, by getting a lump sum of money, borrowing it from a friend or a relative, paying the bank whatever is in the arrears, but please bear in mind the following – after that you still have to find a way to pay off that person that lent it to you, unless it was a gift – that would be amazing, but you know not all of us have these friends and family that will do that for us, so you have to come up with a plan to pay off that friend or relative and also you have to keep up with the monthly mortgage payments, just like before, so it is a bit of a daunting task for some people, but it’s doable. So, there’re some other solutions out there and we’ll be happy to go over those with you so if you’re facing foreclosure, please don’t be afraid, you know there are ways that you can get some help. It’s not going to usually come from the mortgage company or even the attorney they may have hired to handle the Foreclosure.
